Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 14, 2024, upon the recommendation of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee (“Committee”) of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of eXp World Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), the Board unanimously voted to reduce the size of the Board, which had previously been set at 7, to 6 members.

Effective as of March 20, 2024, Shoeb Ansari stepped down from his position as Chief Information Officer of the Company and not as a result of any disagreements with the Company. Mr. Ansari’s duties have been redistributed to other employees of the Company.
