(b) On February 27, 2024, Dr. Susan K. Avery announced her intention not to stand for re-election to the board at the annual meeting of shareholders on May 29, 2024, for reasons unrelated to the company. Dr. Avery will remain on the board and continue to serve until the annual meeting.
