On February 25 2026, Exzeo Group, Inc. ("Exzeo") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the earnings release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report in Form 8-K.

Exzeo plans to host an earnings conference call on February 25, 2026 at 5:45 Eastern Time, during which members of executive management, including our Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Financial Officer will discuss the results.
