Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of FAT Brands Inc. (the “Company”) declared a monthly cash dividend on the Company’s 8.25% Series B Cumulative Preferred Stock of $0.171875 per share. The cash dividend is payable on April 20, 2021 to shareholders of record on April 10, 2021, with an ex-dividend effective date of April 9, 2021.
