Item 7.01 Regulation FD
FG Nexus Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on October 30, 2025, announcing that the Company’s common stock is now listed for trading on the Deutsche Börse in Germany under ticker symbol “LU51” (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
