Termination of IPO Lock-Up and Market Standoff Agreements

At the opening of trading on November 7, 2025, and as disclosed in Figma's prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on July 31, 2025 relating to its initial public offering (the "IPO"), the lock-up and market standoff agreements entered into by the holders of substantially all of Figma's Class A common stock in connection with Figma's IPO will terminate in accordance with their terms.

The extended lock-up agreement, as described in Figma's Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on September 3, 2025 and discussed on Figma's prior earnings call, remains in effect.
