On June 3, 2026, the Board of Directors for Finward Bancorp (“Finward”), the holding company for Peoples Bank (the “Bank”), declared a dividend of $0.12 per share on Finward’s common stock payable on June 29, 2026 to shareholders of record on June 17, 2026.
