Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 22, 2021, FireEye, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it plans to change its corporate name from "FireEye, Inc." to "Mandiant, Inc." effective October 4, 2021 and that the Nasdaq ticker symbol for the Company's common stock will change from "FEYE" to "MNDT" at the opening of trading on October 5, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
