On January 23, 2024, First Community Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced by press release its earnings for the fourth quarter of 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On January 23, 2024, the Company announced by press release its quarterly cash dividend to common shareholders of twenty-nine cents, $0.29 per common share, payable on or about February 23, 2024, to shareholders of record on February 9, 2024.
