On October 22, 2024, First Community Bankshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced by press release its earnings for the third quarter of 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 22, 2024, the Company announced by press release its quarterly cash dividend to common shareholders of thirty-one cents, $0.31 per common share, payable on or about November 22, 2024, to shareholders of record on November 8, 2024.
