Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Norman D. Lowery, President and Chief Executive Officer, Rodger A. McHargue, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Steve Panagouleas, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, of First Financial Corporation, Inc. will participate in the Raymond James US Bank and Banking on Tech Conferences being held September 3 – September 4, 2024, by hosting a series of meetings with investors on September 4, 2024.
