Other Events

On September 29, 2021, the Board of Directors of First Savings Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend of $0.12 per share will be paid on or about October 22, 2021 to stockholders of record on October 11, 2021.

A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
