Item 5.02						Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On December 26, 2024, director Leigh White notified Five Star Bancorp (the “Company”) of her intention to resign from the Company's Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective January 2, 2025. Ms. White’s resignation from the Board is not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Board and the Company are grateful for Ms. White’s dedication and contributions to the Company during her tenure as director.
