On May 7, 2025, Flutter Entertainment plc (the “Company”) issued a letter to shareholders and press release (together, the “Letter and Press Release”) announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, and the availability of the Company’s first quarter 2025 financial supplement on the Company’s website. Copies of the Letter and Press Release are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and are incorporated herein by reference.
