Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 16, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing, among other things, limited financial and operational information for its fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended June 30, 2025 and provided certain forward-looking performance estimates. In addition, the Company will hold a conference call on September 16, 2025 to discuss such results. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
