On June 12, 2024, Warren Wang notified Focus Universal Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as its Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Wang’s decision to resign from the Company was solely for personal reasons and not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
