Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the vested portion of common stock granted by Franklin Square Holdings, L.P. ("FSH") to an officer of FS KKR Capital Corp. in connection with his service as an officer. The aggregate grant is 50,448 shares, 30270 shares previously vested, and the remainder vests on January 1 of 2025.

2. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of any shares held by FSH that exceed his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
