On May 14, 2026, Forum Markets, Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2026. On May 14, 2026, the Company also held a conference call and webcast to discuss the foregoing financial results. A copy of the presentation discussed during the conference call and webcast is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
