1. This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $2.70 to $2.71. The price reported above reflects the weighted average purchase price. The Reporting Person hereby undertakes to provide upon request to the SEC staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares and prices at which the transaction was effected.

2. Includes 12,416,373 ordinary shares.

3. Includes 359,309 RSUs which shall vest in equal quarterly installments through 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's provision of service to the Issuer on each vesting date. Each RSU represents the right to receive one ordinary share upon vesting and settlement.

4. Includes 767,805 RSUs which shall vest in equal quarterly installments through 2027, subject to the Reporting Person's provision of service to the Issuer on each vesting date. Each RSU represents the right to receive one ordinary share upon vesting and settlement.
