Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 18, 2024, FOXO Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release which announced the Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on November 29, 2024 at 10:30 am Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
