On February 11, 2025, Franklin Street Properties Corp. (the “Registrant”) announced its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The press release references certain supplemental operating and financial data that is now available on the Registrant’s website. A copy of the supplemental operating and financial data is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated by reference herein.
