On August 4, 2025, FreightCar America, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of 2025, as well as reaffirming guidance for 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
