FRP Holdings, Inc.’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 8, 2024 at 11:00 A.M., E.S.T. (the “2024 Annual Meeting”) will be held solely by means of remote communication, in a “virtual only” format. The 2024 Annual Meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Conduct attached hereto as Exhibit 4.
