Agreement secures additional U.S. manufacturing capacity to help ensure patient access to medicine

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, a world-leading contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) for biologics, vaccines, and advanced therapies, today announced a 10-year manufacturing supply agreement, valued at over $3 billion, with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:REGN) to provide U.S.-based production of its industry-leading biologic medicines, which treat millions of patients worldwide.

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies' Holly Springs, N.C. campus

Under the terms of the agreement, FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies will provide US-based manufacturing for Regeneron over the 10-year period through current and planned expansions at its new large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Holly Springs, North Carolina, when the site begins operations later this year (2025).
