This Form 8-K/A is being filed solely to amend the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Future FinTech Group, Inc. (the “Company”) on August 8, 2023 to add as Exhibit 16.1 the letter received on August 10, 2023 from the Company’s former independent registered public accounting firm, Onestop Assurance PAC regarding the disclosure made in the original filing.
