Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 17, 2025, the FVCBankcorp Inc.’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.06 for each share of its common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable on August 18, 2025 to shareholders of record on July 28, 2025. Based on the current number of shares outstanding, the aggregate payment will be approximately $1.1 million. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
