Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective December 21, 2022, GAN Limited’s (the “Company”) President, Enterprise Solutions, Don Ryan, is no longer with the Company. The Company will not seek an immediate replacement for Mr. Ryan.
