On November 10, 2021, The Gap, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified of and accepted Isabella D. Goren’s resignation from its Board of Directors, effective December 31, 2021. The resignation of Ms. Goren as a director was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
