On November 11, 2022, Gatos Silver, Inc. made available an updated technical report summary, dated November 10, 2022, concerning the Los Gatos Joint Venture (the “Technical Report Summary”), prepared by Golder Associates Limited, independent mining consultants. The Technical Report Summary has an effective date of July 1, 2022 and is included as Exhibit 96.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
