On February 22, 2022, Prof. Jonathan Sessler, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of GBS Inc. (the Company”), resigned as a member of the Board effective as of such date. Prof. Sessler’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to Company’s operations, policies or practices.
