Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 29, 2024, Intelligent Bio Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that a leading UK timber processor and packaging manufacturer, James Jones & Sons Ltd, is now using the Company’s portable Intelligent Fingerprinting Drug Screening System that works by analyzing fingerprint sweat.
A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The foregoing disclosure is qualified in its entirety by the full text of the Press Release.
