Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 9, 2025, Sandra Buchanan resigned from her position at GCM Grosvenor Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of October 3, 2025. Ms. Buchanan has agreed to assist the Company in the transition of her responsibilities.
