Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects restricted stock units granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's Omnibus Incentive Plan that will vest ratably over a three year period beginning on the anniversary of the grant date, which was March 7, 2025.

2. Represents shares earned upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria under the Company's 2022-2024 Long-Term Incentive Plan.

3. Shares withheld to cover tax liability associated with the vesting of the performance share units referenced in Footnote 2.

4. Shares withheld to cover tax liability associated with the vesting of restricted stock units.
