Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously reported on May 18, 2023, General Electric Company (“GE”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K under Item 5.02 announcing that Rahul Ghai would succeed Carolina Dybeck Happe as GE’s Chief Financial Officer. This amendment to the Form 8-K dated May 18, 2023 is being filed to report that on January 15, 2024, Ms. Dybeck Happe gave notice of her departure from GE effective February 14, 2024 due to her resignation for “Good Reason” as a result of the CFO transition.
