Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 24, 2025, Gentherm Incorporated (the “Company”) publicly announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2025 and updated 2025 guidance. A copy of the Company’s news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 24, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company will host a conference call to discuss the first quarter of 2025 financial results and provide an update on its full year 2025 guidance.
