On May 6, 2021, GigCapital3, Inc., now known as Lightning eMotors, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it was consummating its previously announced business combination with Lightning Systems, Inc. and would be renaming itself as Lightning eMotors, Inc.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company announcing the consummation of its business combination is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
