1. This transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on May 27, 2025, providing for purchases of up to $50,000 of Class A common stock of the Issuer. The plan expires on August 22, 2026.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $2.3284 to $2.3380, inclusive.
