On December 5, 2022, GoHealth, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing it that Nasdaq has confirmed that the Company has regained compliance with the $1.00 per share minimum bid price requirement pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
