(NYSE:WOR) reported net sales of $257.3 million and net earnings from continuing operations of $24.3 million, or $0.48 per diluted share, for its fiscal 2025 first quarter ended August 31, 2024. This compares to net sales of $311.9 million and net earnings from continuing operations of $26.8 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2024. On a non-GAAP basis, adjusted net earnings from continuing operations totaled $25.1 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2025, or $0.50 per diluted share, compared to $37.2 million, or $0.75 per diluted share, in the prior year comparable quarter.
