On December 10, 2021, Ann B. Lane notified the board of directors of Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intent to resign from the board of directors of the Company effective December 31, 2021. The board of directors of the Company thanked Ms. Lane for her significant contributions during her tenure on the board of directors.
