Gran Tierra Energy Inc. Provides Release Date for its 2025 First Quarter Results and Details of Annual Meeting of Stockholders
CALGARY, Alberta, April 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gran Tierra Energy Inc. ("Gran Tierra" or the "Company") (NYSE:GTE) (TSX:GTE) (LSE:GTE) announces that the Company will release its 2025 first quarter financial and operating results on Thursday, May 1, 2025, post-market. Gran Tierra will host its first quarter 2025 results conference call on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Gran Tierra's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Our Annual Meeting will be held as a virtual-only stockholder meeting with participation occurring electronically as explained further in the Proxy Statement dated March 18, 2025.
