On June 21, 2023, Great Southern Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Great Southern Bank, issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per common share for the second quarter of the calendar year ending December 31, 2023, payable on July 18, 2023, to stockholders of record on July 3, 2023.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
