On March 20, 2024, Great Southern Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Great Southern Bank, issued a press release announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per common share for the first quarter of the calendar year ending December 31, 2024, payable on April 16, 2024, to stockholders of record on April 2, 2024.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
