On May 13, 2022, The Greenrose Holding Company Inc. (“Greenrose” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company would host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. On May 16, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
