(b) On December 12, 2024, Zhiwei Cai, Executive Vice President, Engineering Adhesives, of H.B. Fuller Company (the “Company”), notified the Company of his retirement, effective March 1, 2025. The Company thanks Mr. Cai for his dedication, commitment, and extraordinary service over the past twelve years and wishes him continued success in all his future endeavors.
