On March 12, 2025, Harvard Bioscience, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024, and the details of a related conference call to be held at 8:00 AM ET on March 12, 2025. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
