      The European Equity Fund, Inc. (NYSE:EEA) (the "Fund") announced today that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the Fund will be held at 10:00 a.m., Eastern time on June 30, 2025 at the offices of DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc., 875 Third Avenue, New York, New York 10022.
