			Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 17, 2024, Hayward Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) determined that Fernando Blasco will no longer serve as VP and General Manager, Europe & Rest of World, effective May 20, 2024. Mr. Blasco will continue as an employee of the Company through June 14, 2024, for an orderly transition of his duties. Pursuant to his employment agreement, upon his entering into a release of claims in favor of the Company and its subsidiaries, he will be entitled to receive the severance benefits described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2024, which description is incorporated herein by reference.
