Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of HBT Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on November 16, 2021 to shareholders of record as of November 8, 2021.
