Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 27, 2021, the Board of Directors of HBT Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company’s common stock (the “Dividend”). The Dividend is payable on May 18, 2021 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2021.
